It uses a pour over method — weighted (3kg) stainless steel cylinder placed over the top for air pressure. You could also just do a cold brew if you want! The unique filter head allows you to control the flow in order to steep coffee, pour multiple cups simultaneously and cold brew. The minimal yet functional design of the machine creates less mess on the table, puts more effort on filtering process and gives you delicious coffee at home. Trinity One has also been entered in 2017 Good Design Awards.
