Hawaiian Airlines Headquarters
If you are looking for a new and unorthodox outing venture then the Hawaiian Airline Headquarters, located near the Honolulu International Airport is an exceptional place. You will feel the festival spirit of Kakaako beyond the reaches. POW WOW! curated the Local Colors Gallery right in the midst of drudgery office quarters to exhibit the artwork of local artists. A gorgeous multicolored world map painted by Kamea Hadar is one of the standout pieces. For food, the Pili Group has designed the Lunch|Box place to provide the appetizing Hawaiian dishes especially prepared by Chef Mark “Gooch” Noguchi. Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects crafted this inconspicuous interior to experience the lights and artwork matches to the company’s Aloha sense. The restaurant expands to the attractive terrace and complements to make it look like an “open office” for better communication among the management and coworkers. As the CEO Mark Dunkerley says, “The layout shows that no one at the company is intrinsically better than anyone else.” He has the identical counter and equipment to work with as the rest of the employees.
