The Citroën presents the E-Mehari , a small convertible electric powered car produced in collaboration with Bolloré that recovers a historic name for the brand. According to the first details released today, the E-Mehari is a four-seater available in four body colors, combined with a soft top available in two colors and many finishes for the interior.
The model utilizes a thermoformed plastic body and a rechargeable lithium polymer battery of 30 kWh of capacity that feeds the motor from 50 kW / 68 PS of maximum power, and can be fully recharged in eight hours on a socket 16A. With a traditional connector 10A are needed instead 13 hours.
The E-Mehari, as stated, is able to reach a top speed of 110 km / h and to offer a range equal to 200 km and 100 km in use in urban suburban. Produced in the plant of PSA Rennes, the little electricity (which is 3.81 m long) will be marketed from next spring. Its debut will take place on December 9 at the Group’s headquarters in Paris: just in time for the last days of Cop21, the climate conference called by the UN and hosted by the French capital.
