Water purifying raincoat, Raincatch, is designed by CIID students Joshua Noble and Hyeona. Not only it ensures safety from rain but also transforms collected rain water into purified drinking water and its tubes makes you able to drink it. Raincatch collects to drops of rain from its collar and then pass them through charcoal filter and a chemical purification system. The water is stored around the shoulders of the coat and in pockets around the inside of the coat. Watch the video.
