The Kommando tactical shovel features a molded handle with nylon containing 30% fiber and hardened stainless tool steel 2Cr13 with a solid, black, oxidized coating. It has practically indestructible. Both sides from ends are sharpened to cut trees. One edge is partially serrated and can serve as a saw, and the other has a notch suitable for chopping.
