Much lighter than the previous Nikon D800 and differs in some features such as dimensions, enhanced battery life, effective pixels (16.2 million), top FP high speed sync, viewfinder Eyepoint present, no built-in flash and increased 5.5 frame per second. Dedicated mechanical controls are same as modern 50mm film digital SLR camera and appearance is similar to Nikon FM and FE.
