New-generation Mercedes S Cabriolet is a direct successor to the 280 SE 3.5, whose production was stopped in 1971 – since big four-convertible Mercedes menu was missing. The car which we will discuss today was officially presented at the September motor show in Frankfurt. The engines offers twice supercharged eight-cylinders with a capacity of 5.5 liters and 430 kW power.
The newly introduced S65 AMG variant Cabriolet is rather a question of prestige. The 630 horse-powered engine takes it from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and continue for up to 300km/h.
