Madame Kate is a 60-meter long super yacht, the last of the series “Amels Limited Edition 199” by Amels. At the exhibition Monaco Yacht Show this yacht appeared as definite favorite and got two prestigious awards for interior design and technical innovation.

The hull is 60 meters long, providing extra volume for the Interior and makes the yacht visually appealing. Superstructure organically merges with the hull and main deck is much closer to the water than other yachts of this size. Madame Kate wears pearl exterior paint that glitters in the sunlight and for night thanks to the sophisticated lighting. Pearl effect works like a prism Isaac Newton. In a single coat they combined different colors to make it more elegant and classy.

Interior proposed by Laura Sessa has six cabins, including a large apartment on the main deck. There are two VIP suites and two low-lying cabins with direct access to the beach club. Here guests can enjoy the sauna, Turkish steam baths, a pool and a platform with access to the ocean. In addition to several outdoor social areas to Madame Kate features helipad and a garage for limo. Kate can accommodate 12 persons.

Madame Kate is equipped with two Caterpillar 3512C engines with a total output of 3,000 kW which takes it to the maximum speed of 16.5 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 13 knots. Interestingly, the yacht includes technology Heat Recovery System by Amels, which uses the residual energy from the engine to heat. It is claimed that due to particular design and the way of processing deck reduces noise and vibrations of sailing to very low, or completely absent.
