Leica recently unvieled the new Leica M9-P “Edition Hermes” as part of their prestigious series which started back in 2003 with Leica MP “Edition Hermes” and continues with Leica M7 “Edition Hermes” in 2009. Leica M9-P Hermès is a result of Leica’s collaboration with high fashion brand Hermès, which has added a great luxury appeal to this camera. Packed in high quality fine leather The Leica M9-P “Edition Hermes” is offered in two different sets, with either one lens, silver-anodized Leica Summilux-M 50 mm f/1.4 ASPH or with three lenses a special “Edition Hermes – Serie Limitee Jean-Louis Dumas” (to be released to honour the friendship of former president of Hermes Jean-Louis Dumas who passed in May 2010), including Leica Summicron-M 28 mm f/ 2 ASPH, a Leica Noctilux-M 50 mm f/0.95 ASPH. and a Leica APO-Summicron-M 90 mm f/ 2 ASPH.

Both are limited editions, the first one (with one lens $25,000) will be released in coming june in limited units of 300 and the 2nd (with three lenses $50,000) will be releases in July, limited to 100 units only,  exclusively on Leica stores and boutiques.
