Probably not, but we don’t believe you would avoid what it means by the very first auto-lacing shoe technology in Powerlace Shoes. In fact, this crowd-funding hopes to beat Nike. Yeah! You heard it right. By inserting your foot only, it automatically triggers the lacing system’s mechanism. It has a small lever at the lower rear end of the shoe that unlocks the power system as it receives energy only by the weight of the body. So, you guessed right, it’s a non-electric system. The small lever (or disc) is linked to the laces by wires. There is a release button on the heel that will let you release the pressure to loosen the laces, so you might get out of them.
